Yo, I've worked on a couple heaveny/angelicy builds in my time. Quartz is your friend, accent with diamond or gold. Build big, so you can mix in the solid blocks without it looking too chunky. A couple gold wisps and you're done. You want epic, but also pretty if that makes sense? I'll toss in some pictures when I'm not supposed to be working.

How exactly are they doing it? The only way to extract a schematic from a world is with an existing mod like Schematica or a plugin like Wedit and even then they have to be opped and the offender server side too. How is it happening?

You using Intel graphic drivers? EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION at address 0xc0000005 is caused by a memory leak in Intel's drivers. Try updating your drivers, setting 'Use VBOs' and 'Use Vsync' to on, or using a different graphics card until they release a fix for it.

    'at noppes.npcs.CustomNpcs.load(CustomNpcs.java:237)'
It's not Thaumcraft directly, it is CustomNPCs.
    'Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException
    at net.minecraft.enchantment.EnchantmentData.<init>(SourceFile:10)
    at thaumcraft.common.entities.monster.EntityPech.<clinit>(EntityPech.java:850)'

So its a clash between the pech's enchantment data and CustomNPCs. If you are actually running 1.9 with 1.8 forge and mods for some moronic reason, then I'm not probing any further. Try uninstalling one or the other, or disabling pechs.
