The server has been closed , I had bronchitis and was unable to watch over it, and the ones left watching it caused a fatal error that destroyed the server files.

All I am saying is that he should get away from this guys and remove his contract info , becuse it just might be some kind of new trolling ,however they found away to get him kicked off his host and banneded ,By getting the host to consider him a risk.

Under United State's Common law's if you where the first person to put a TM by a name and use it and have proof you are protected in your state and may file for a full copy right that will super seed anyone that filed before you could.

You can send a notice of a violation just with an unregistered TM , the notice dose not stop you from using the name , it just tells you that want you to stop and that if you don't want to you have to meet with a judge or an arbitrator. This is in the united states. This applys to individual states.

My post got cut off here is the rest. You as the renter of the server are not the only one responsible for infrement the host is as well. Most host will kick you off because of a perceived risk to their business. I recommend that you change your server name and remove contact information from all over the web.

The sad fact is that this guy could close down your server when ever he wants and get you kicked of your host, if he use this tool correctly. When he placed an TM by the name of his game, he has the ability to get you kicked of almost any host.

So I like farcry and open a farcraft server that is based on it,I don't think another person can tell me to take it done. Also if a name is to common you can't get a copy right for it.
