1. How mature would you say you are?
I have always been 'the responsible one', and many people have commented on the fact that I am very mature for my age.
2. Have you ever moderated some form of game server before, and if so, what?
I currently own a Minecraft freebuild/pvp server.
3. Do you plan on going onto the Teamspeak server and chatting with the members and staff there?
Yes, as this is essential. I believe any good team requires a good communication system.
4. Will this become your main server, or will you be juggling others?
I can share my effort between my small private server and Craftaria, as I can manage my time well and will try not to let the either server down.
5. Describe yourself in 3 sentences:
I am always helping my friends and I often act as the mediator in disputes. I am not an 'over the top' type person and this contributes to my personality. I try not to put people down and I respect everyone's opinion.
6. There are 2 staff members arguing, and it's quickly escalating and getting out of hand. The members of the server are becoming bothered about it, and some start to complain. What would you do to fix it?
I would first see what the staff are arguing about, and try to fix it. If this doesn't solve the problem, I would mute them until they agree, and apologize to the members for the matter.
7. 2 members are arguing, and other members are starting to join in. What is your first course of action?
I would firstly tell them use initiative and attempt to solve the problem themselves, however if it escalates I would quickly mute the invloved members and warn the others not to join in.
8. What can you offer to the server?
I can contribute my skills as a leader and mediator to solve players' problems in the server. I will always be very helpful and I respect new players.
9. What plugins have you had experience with that would relate to this genre of server? (Towny, Hawkeye, Worldedit, ect)
I am fairly experienced with WorldEdit and Multiverse, and I also know basic permissions setup (PEX).
