Textures should be in the resource pack, which means the path to the textures should be from the resourcepack's textures file. Also, you should use / instead of \ for folders.
That means that the correct format for textures would be :

Also make sure your textures are stored in the assets/minecraft/textures folder in your resourcepack, otherwise Minecraft won't know how to get to them. Additionnally, you can create subfolders in the textures folder, but you don't have to.
