I play the same games as you, I was done for a good 800 euros ( 1000 usd ), I play minecraft with 300 to 500 fps, leaque of legends with 120 fps.

Specs:
1x120gb ssd ( intel something )
1x i5 (3570k)
1x1tb hdd
1xmotherboard asrock extreme 970 something
2x8gb 1600mhz
1xam radeon 6850hd

I wouldnt advise an i3 Processor, Take a i5 quadcore, that would be a lot better. ( No i7 waste of money when u want to game, for gaming an i5 is ideal )

2gb would be enough for 30 players ( with 30 plugins ) but make sure they have SSD's and not HDD's. Quality servers should contain SSD's which are a lot faster than HDD's.

Fraps for recording ( Any recorder which has small files uses extra cpu because it renders in the mean time so that the files arent that big ), with fraps your fps loss will be very small, if u use something like camtasia studio u will most likely get less fps. I advise Fraps for recording and Camtasia for editing

I would like to apply for plugin manager.
I can dedicate a few hours on your server, though I wont advertise it but I can give u tips. I know all plugins u listed except Skygrid but I suppose it's something similar to Skyblock. I also run my own server but as it is vancation I need something to do. My own server is cracked and has 77 plugins. If u like to check it out see my signature. Please message me back if you would like me to manage your plugins. If I were to grade my skills here they are :
Plugin knowledge : 8/10
Plugin coding : 0/10 ( Small plugins can be made by my friend )
Time : 8/10 ( Because I know over 200 plugins I can install them very quick )
I know many bugs in servers, I wont list them as these will affect many servers ( 70% )

not optimize shaders but the fps with shaders. I fly with 0.5 speed and speed movie up with 200%.

Btw I record using Fraps and edit using Camtasia studio, both are bought. Also I record normal minecraft with 60 - 400 fps and shaders with 20 fps but I got tricks to optimize shaders just as in the vid... I fly with 0.5 speed and speed movie up with 200%.

From a company because these times there are a lot of Ddos attacks going on, if u would host ur server at home means ur internet will go down once a day ( if u get a Ddos daily which is usually the issue ). That is like the only real danger home hosting can give, but also buying good hardware will cost 500$ at least and u will need 30mbit up and down at least, which costs 50$ / month for me. So I would go for a Company because without internet.. Well, then I am screwed.

Shotbow is an offline server network, your minecraft account and ur login on there have nothing to do with each other. Thus you will not receive an email on your email used by minecraft. I know that they use a plugin called Authme and that forgot password function ONLY works if u have given ur email using a command.
