Thanks for that... I am still doing some integration work with it... I actually have seven to eight different sites that need some polishing!!!

Great! If you love something, just do it! Everything else will adjust. :-)

BTW, the webpage is still a bit broken... :D

THX for all of that... After some consideration... I think instead of using Limen Architecture I will do my own Parallel core idea... however it was very inspiring!!!

EUMIS - Easy to Use Minecraft Instruction Set is going to surpass NR instruction set... it is the main idea for my R10 Processor and now G10 Graphics... I will post some more on the EUMIS when I have the time :)

Great! :-) What does NR mean? :D

It would be great to state explanations for not generally known acronyms.

Hello Dominik... while your submissions have been very few as of late... I found this Limen Alpha on your GIT-HUB page... I think the idea is cool... however I cannot download (due to permissions) your files pertaining to the Limen Alpha architecture... though what I hear of it... I would like to base my R10 Dual Core design off a 8-bit version of your idea (with your permission of course...) and I think it will prove quite interesting results!!! (I have looked at RISC computing and how found that I would rather use my new EUMIS design in place of RISC... with permission...)

Hello! So finally I have gotten to reply to the post... xD

You should have no problems with downloading Limen Alpha source code directly from GitHub by clicking on Clone or download -> Download ZIP, even if you are not signed in to GitHub.

Honestly, Limen architecture (Limen Alpha and drafted Limen Beta, Limen Gamma) is a dead architecture for me and I will not be able to support it. It is published because it was my first decent processor architecture I have designed and yet it has many flaws I would evade today. Also, I cannot imagine its real use somewhere. So those are the reasons.

Man, I am an open source developer, so not only you are permitted to do almost anything with Limen Alpha based on its MIT license, but I welcome any sort of initiative to do something creative. Feel free to use Limen Alpha as you wish as long as you refer to the original source (GitHub) to somehow fulfill the MIT license with preserving license and copyright notice.

Note that the Limen architecture is a 16-bit architecture and hence transferring it into an 8-bit architecture may be very problematic. You can use the concepts but you can't reach full functionality. Keep that in mind.

What does the EUMIS acronym mean?

BTW if you want some additional Limen Alpha materials and a programmer's manual, feel free to get in touch with me on my email, dominik.salvet@gmail.com, and I can provide them. Also, do not forget to take a look on a presentation on Limen Alpha.

All right, I have look at the redstone computer I built several years ago and it was... catastrophic. Hence I have decided not to upload it here since I upload working projects only. The computer was left unfinished and it is quite buggy in the current Minecraft version. If you want, I can send it to you individually with basic documentation but without any further support and information (since I have successfully forgotten that). Nevertheless, I am considering building something similar, yet bigger. Much bigger! :-)

Hello developers, programmers, and open-source enthusiasts! :-)

To be honest, I do not know how much it fits into the PM content but I hope it will be useful for someone. I have just released a super-simple and intuitive binary-decimal-hexadecimal converter. It was designed as a portable script so that it runs on Linux, macOS, and Windows (WSL) as well. A demo follows.

Should you find it interesting, visit https://github.com/dominiksalvet/nconv. Also, feel free to get in touch with me on GitHub, I am always open to extend my circle of developer! :-)

Yeah man! I personally do not use command blocks either! I mentioned it several times in my projects here on PMC. The reason for that is quite different I would say but still... :-D Command blocks are software, whereas redstone is hardware... :-)

Ah, yes my red-stone creations. Yes these are quite complex in their own.

But the main thing is, I can visually follow all the wires (put up some lamps for debugging) and start with smaller units and slowly connect those to the larger part.
Switching this logic to code, I lose all that visual 'control'/'overview' and I start to struggle a lot. Hence the reason I tend not to use command blocks.

Thank you! Maybe you will find yourself in need of such a converter in the future... :-D But based on your redstone creations, I am astonished that it is little above your head... :D

Looks pretty fancy and simple thing, although it still goes a few bits above my head (even though I use open-source programs/OS as much as I can).
