    no worries, i understand you were probably feeling defensive/protective of your friends. just be careful in the future before you post something in "response" to another users' wall post. even if you're being vague, it's easy to figure out who you're talking about and that can very quickly become flaming. consider replying to the wall post directly / sending a private message to relevant user(s) if you disagree with someone or want to understand their stance better.

    No, you need to make your own texture. You can't redistribute assets you don't own. The axolotl texture belongs to Mojang/Microsoft.

    Submissions which edit the original Minecraft textures are not considered "original" and violate copyright laws. We do not allow members to upload copyrighted content or content taken from other users without proof of permission. If you want to discuss this in greater detail, you can privately message me.

    The description of your content piece states that you did not create all of the textures contained within. Remove the textures you did not create and then you can resubmit the content for review once more. Send me a private message if you want to discuss this in more detail.

    You can, but we'd like to see your own interpretation of the pig. Try starting with a blank canvas and making the skin without using the original pig texture as a base.

    Usage of Mojang/Microsoft assets constitutes a violation of copyright and therefore goes against PMC rules. Please do not post edited textures, create your own from scratch instead. Thanks.

    If the skin you're modifying was made by you, then it's not a copyright violation. However, it can be considered "spam" if you upload both skins to PMC and there are not appreciably large, transformative differences between the two skins.

    I'm just wondering why my resource pack was removed, it was apparently for "spam" but this was the first time i ever posted something on this platform and i did put at least a bit of effort into making it.

    Hi Greydev,

    Your post was removed because it did not contain any content that you made from scratch -- thus constituting low-effort work as well as "unoriginal work". Images pulled from Google images, and sound clips ripped from Youtube or other sound collections do not constitute an original, high-quality work. I understand that the submission was meant to be "memey" or just for laughs, but it's better suited for personal use between you and your friends.

    Why was my texture pack taken down? (Yeahlow's PVP Pack) It said for copyright issues though I made the pack myself.

    Your post was taken down because it contained a variety of very slightly edited vanilla textures. Non-transformative edits of the vanilla textures run afoul of our rules on copyright violation.
