If Two People Were Fighting What Would You Do: I Would Try Stopping The Politely Then If It Continues Im Will See What Is Going On What Caused It And How To Stop It If They Continue I Will Temp Mute Them Say For 5 min And Give Them A Warning If They Continue After That A Temp Ban Say For 1 Hour.

How Active Would You Be: I Don't Really Know Most Likely For 1-5 Hours A Day.

How long can you be on per day: i don't really know but at least 1-5 hours.

Experience: I have been staff on a few servers before but they couldn't pay for it so one day i decided to make my own that failed but i had around 20 players a day now in my spare time i play minecraft with friends and sometimes work on a lobby server with them its sorta like mineplex but i like it.

Why do you want to be a staff member: Just so i can help servers with hackers, glitchers, cheaters, etc. cause i know that it can be hard to find them cause normally a servers staff is small.

What will you do if you are a helper and caught someone hacking: I will straight up ban them wont say a word to them just ban well maybe a few words like "hasta la vista baby" then ban them but yeah they don't get a second chance but in the ban the text will say the where to appeal if there you can.

What are your promises for being a staff member: Helping the server in anyway i can e.g. stopping hackers, configing (i do that a lot), etc. in any way or form that is possible for me to help.

Other thing you can do other then moderating server: i am good at photoshop and almost all adobe programs i can code a bit i also am good at building, configing and many others.

You deal with the inner workings, the console, FTP, and all of the plugins. Why should i trust you? cause im trustworthy and i dont like people who fu*k up peoples servers im a nice guy and i help people grow and hope they get to as big as hypixel or mineplex cause they deserve it

Do you Tech/staff on any other servers(preferably factions) in the present/past: if my own counts i couldnt pay for it anymore but i managed everything and had 150 - 200 players a day and i had to manage 78 plugins and i know over 1000 plugins and i learn them fast
