Experience with Plugins (NEEDED): I am very familiar with Essentials, MultiVerse, WorldEdit/WorldGuard, and I specialize in permissions base plugins (e.g. GroupManager, PEX, ect.) I will be able to help with any of these plugins if needed.
Experience as a staff member (NEEDED): I have been staff on numerous servers, most of which have gone down after a short time, but below are what I have learned from some of my better staff experiences:
OWNER I have owned two servers of my own, both of which have gone down because of terrible hosts. One of my servers got pretty popular before it was shut down, and I learned alot from it. I learned how and where to advertise to maximize the amount of players come online, how to choose staff members correctly, how to set up plugins for the server, but most importantly, I learned how to deal with players and how to punish rule breakers accordingly. That server was up for about a month before it got hacked and the host just abandoned it when I tried to ask for help.
ADMIN I have been Admin on many servers, but my all time favorite staff experience was when I was the head-admin and web dev on a survival/factions/creative server. I worked myself up to Admin from Moderator, my first time I had done this (normally I had just applied for admin), I helped set up the server and help it grow a steady player base then I was made a web dev for my knowledge on running websites, and a few months later, I was finally rewarded with the Head-Admin rank. Sadly a few weeks later the Owner went AWOL, banned half his staff (not me though), and then started abusing his power. I left the server sometime after that, because I refuse to work for someone like that.
MODERATOR I used to be one of the only active Jr. Moderators on a popular skyblock/faction server and when I was on I never played for enjoyment, which I regret now because it was an amazing server. Whenever I was on I was always in the pvp arena, watching for hackers, and for people using cheated weapons (This server had the Tim The Enchanter plugin and a staff member distributed .127 enchant weapons around the server), I also was very active in answering questions/complaints from the players. Sadly, this experience was short lived, because about a month after I was promoted the co-owner decided to demote ALL the Jr. Mods and then just ignore our complaints.
