Well I suck at building, but myself I think I'm "Best at" plugin managing. If you want something out I am very experienced in chat-managing. Chat managing is basically just keeping the chat clean and making sure everyone is getting along.
Why I should pick you
This isn't a very educated question but you should accept me so you have good workers. If this application is declined I'll be sure to play on the server so you can judge me by how I'm in the game now just what I write in this application.
What can you offer the server
As I said above, I'm very experienced with plugin managing, and chat-managing. So I will offer a clean chat and customized plugins (to your liking of course).

I can play for about 3-7 hours a day.
