Describe what you believe is required of a Moderator: I believe great dedication and skill is required of a moderator. The work for a moderator I think should be storting out all problems from people hacking to people spamming; these jobs do require some authorisation/ permissions such as gamemode and access to /ban. There are lots of different options on what Moderators should do this is just my option.
Do you have experience as being a Moderator for at least one other server (if yes, please provide proof): If you don't mind I would like to send you the answer to this in a private message, for reason I think it is best not to discuss here.
How would you be able to help the staff team if you were selected as staff: I would be able to help the staff team by bring in lots of organisation skills that will benefit the server greatly, because able to keep the staff as a team and not just separate staff, this will give the image of the staff team as a professional unique (in a good way) staff team, this will need to be shown to the players not only the staff team.
Why do you want to become a moderator on this server, and what separates you from many others/ everyone else applying: I would hope to join the staff team as a moderator to be able to help it to become more professional by introducing organisation skills that the staff team can always refer by checking something like a todo-list or a staff list. To do this some leadership qualities will be needed to ensure these things are done at a high standards. How will this benefit the staff team I hear you ask, It will create a more professional looking staff team not a staff team that is lost and has no idea what to do in certain situations someone needs to take control in different parts of a server staff team.
Being a Moderator requires hard work, enthusiasm, professionalism and what else in your opinion (list at least one other trait): Communication, Self-Motivated, Hard worker, Honesty, Ethical, Intelligent, Ambitious, Autonomous, Upbeat, Enjoyment, Confident, Successful, Honest, Passionate and many more I believe I will be able to come up with, as you said 'at least one other'.
What can you add to the staff team if selected for moderator: I would say I can add to the server my experience that has created skills that not many people can offer, I have learnt to work, not being only active but the time I am on the server I will actually be working. The problem with most people they are really skilled and experienced but when it comes to getting down and doing it, being concentrated can come hard, I believe I have over come this and know when to work and when I can have a laugh.
I believe I can bring organisation skills into place while being a staff member, I am used to using programs like ‘Google Drive’ that if you don’t already know is like microsoft but in a web browser and can be shared with anyone else who has a google account. Can’t anyone do that? not as well as I am offering I believe I have the ideas and knowledge to improve the organisation of the server.
To be a moderator for The Arcadium Network truthfully I would think as a starting point I am believing I am able to standout and help out with the advanced side of the server management.

I would like to note all of these are my option only.
I would prefer never to use warning because then we will need to keep a eye on this player that will take up valuable time when we could be finding hackers instead of watching around 10 players.
A player accidentally says the IP of another server, and immediately says sorry wrong post, what do you do? In this situation it should not happen because it is quite easy to have a plugin do it for us, but in the event of this not happening to answer the question. I would give this player a 24 hours ban because we need to be harsh to stop this from happening, for example we let someone like this of, we find other players doing it again and again we need to be harsh to stop players from using us not being harsh as a excuse, if that makes sense.
A player accuses another user of hacking, and will not stop spamming saying the user is hacking, what do you say to him? I would mute this player who is spamming and announce to the staff team to keep a eye on who ever was being accused of hacking.
You see a Head Moderator hacking, and abusing his power for their own benefit on the server, what do you do? I would first of all before anything get clear proof, this will back up what ever I will report to the Owner confidentially who will then sort out this problem (I hope )
A player is constantly spamming another user with teleport requests, the player being spammed with them asks you for help, how do you handle this situation? I would tell them to be patient and that I will be with them shortly, if they carry on I will issue a jail (if you have one) or use some other way of stopping them from sending requests, until I have finished what ever I am doing.

Why do you think a moderator keep his/her emotions out of the server? I keep all of my emotions out of the server I leave them behind when I go to my hobbies working for Minecraft servers, this time I use to have some fun while being in a working environment (mainly away from family).
Why do you think teamwork is important for a staff team? Yes definitely without it we would not be a 'staff team', teamwork is how you get server work done, teamwork is why you have fun as well as work, etc.
Do you consider yourself a leader? I would like to answer this one as well in a private message if you don't mind.
Are you good at managing stress? I would say I am very good at handling stress, with my organisation skills countering it, I should be all fine to hit those deadlines and not get annoyed at a high amount of players.
Do you think of yourself as a risk-taker, and why? I believe I take take action and take chances. While chances may lead to failure, they will more often lead to success and mold confidence while generating new ideas. Stagnant staff members won’t improve the server effectively, though 'action-oriented' staff will.
What are some traits you possess that may negatively impact you position as a Moderator? well my one I would say is Working to Hard that is basically one of my weaknesses, once and a while I need to make sure I have a cool down and don't over work my self.
