How You're secretive: I understand the importancy of keeping things public or being kept to very few. Some things I realise are meant to be known and some not and these are for particular reasons which I hope to emphasize to you if being allocated this rank/position. I ensure that my speech and actions are to the point and achieve what I believe.
Why you're reasonable: I am understanding of other people. By this I'm not saying I read their minds or know their exact move. But I get why people do things and for the reasons they believed they could or should have. I don't get enjoyment from upsetting others or causing necessary pain or annoyal. And I hope that I never have.
How you're fair: I believe that everyone should be given equal opportunities to success in their lives/in game. Its just down to those who choose to take those opportunities. I don't like treating people with different levels of respect and forgiveness is an option that I am always willing to consider.
About Yourself: I am 16 years and 9 months of age. Living in the UK. After recently finishing my major exams (Aka GCSE's) I have time off now to spend doing whatever I like which is Games e.g. Minecraft. I am a highly academic student often achieving the highest grades possible due to effort and attempts. I am kind and forgiving and understand others.
I tend to admit myself to youtube channels such as blackmesa and the most recent Ganderson. Graphics and technology are a passion which I hope to hold for my life and future career.
Why You're Right for the Job: I can't tell you that I'm right for the job down on paper. But I can attempt to prove to you that I'm willing to spend time and hope for the best. I guess you can call me an optimist? I have been Mod on a previous server named Ghast Juice back in 2011/2012 which sadly closed due to lack of fundings. I was the most active player on the server and befriended almost all the players.The server reached an average of 40 people per day.
I've also had my share of failure in running my own servers. My most successful named Prison Madness. Reaching 60 players as an optimum but an average of 40-50 people each day. And as you can probably assume.... It closed. Due to lack of funds as it seems most servers do.
Referrals: Well I don't have contacts to those who I used to play with/moderate alongside. But I have current MC friends who I speak with daily.
I have also spoken to you on skype (Through typing) a few days ago after meeting on Gontroller PvP.
I don't know eactly what that dream is that you have. But what I do know.
Is that it's possible.
P.s. I'm open to other roles if you would rather me apply for those.
