Success! I will give every ounce of my knowledge to the server to make it as big as it can be! I can bring experience to your server giving staff a better knowledge of the game and server! Players will come back if staff knows what they're are doing! I can also bring players and MONEY to the server. I took classes on advertising and web development so I can easily build a site and advertise for you to bring more players to your server and they will donate!
Skills
1.) Advertising and Marketing
I am very good at getting servers big and making them the best they can be. I have many ideas to campaign and market servers such as, websites, banners, etc. This is one of my better fields because I took a few classes on this and enjoyed it much. I decided to use it as an advantage while having a high position on servers (Co-Owner, Owner, etc.) I would love to take your server to the top with my skill
2.) Knowledge
I know a lot about Minecraft and how servers should be run. I also have the ability to teach other staff members things I know to give them a better understanding of things. It helps servers out a lot! More people like to play on servers when there is staff that know what there doing.
3.) Web Designing
I have made a WIDE range of websites for servers and would love to do the same for you! Once I get accepted I could send you links to them! I could also set up the plug-ins to make it easier to donate making more people donate because players like efficient ways to do things!
Experience:
I have co-owned one server in the past and have been head-admin on another. The one I co-owned I quit from because sadly I was getting little to none respect from the owner and it caused me to withdraw from the group. The other one shut down because there was poor decisions made. I was only Head-Admin so I had nothing to do with these decisions. ha-ha. I have a wide range of skills. I could make the question before this one 10x longer if I could. That's the reason I like to apply for these type of positions, not just Plugin Dev., Builder, Admin, etc. I am admin on a few servers but will be committed to yours most if I get the Co-Owner position. I know how to resolve situations on your server and know how to interact with players well to make them keep coming back!
