Skills: I am great with all plugins, and I can help with almost anything. Please do not look for me as a builder, I am not one of the best. I am an administrator on a server known as MelonCraft, and used to own a server that shut down to lack of funds. It did not suck, and I work really hard to provide great gaming experiences. Give me a job and I will do it for you. I work well with PEX, HG, MCMMO, SPLEEF, anything else.

A ideal server is original, and its fun to play. I am not indicating that you have made a server not worthy of playing, but that you should reach to new lengths to bring out your server's capability. All servers out there can be great, it just matters how much work YOU put into it. Advertise, without spamming, make unique additions (Hire a custom plugin developer), and give your server that feel people want! (Host events, give prizes, etc.). Have the best staff you possibly can and give the players what they want. That is an ideal equation for a server's popularity.

RPG Servers are nice, but I haven't really tried them out as much. RPG server's should have something called Quests, its a great plugin for RPG.

It is most likely a glitch, half of your character might be in the ground. Just try to relog or restart your minecraft, it should work.

if this would actually help, i wouldn't mind to be a part of it. i have 170 Subs, and I upload as much as I can, and will try to do more. My views average over 50 for every video. If im accepted, I will give you my skype.

It all depends on the players, and how they see each of them. Factions doesn't really contain anything special about it but is one of the most basic plugins for a minecraft server that isn't complicated. Prison is for servers dedicated to its cause, and can have ranks and other special features. I am neutral to this subject, but if given the choice to choose, I would choose factions. Yes, prison can be configured much better than factions, but factions is seen more and is extremely popular in servers. Most prison servers I have seen are completely dedicated to prison most of the time. Factions can be used for anything you wish, it doesn't interfere much. I am not trying to say that I'm not a fan of prison, I have played to before and it's not bad. I myself use factions and it can be used for events, and works well with towny. To sum it up, this isn't really problem on which is better, it's what YOU prefer.

As they all said, no PMC member comes on and claims they are reviewing your server. If someone wanted to review your server, they would review it and post it on server reviews, not ask for op. Such people just want to "wannabe" hack, the best thing is to ban them.

Simple plugins are what the name says, simple. They are easy to make if you can code stuff easily and know java well. If you want to make your own plugin, bukkit has tutorials that teach you how. You can head there or a youtube tutorial could teach you.
