How Often Do You Do Drop Parties?: I do drop parties at large milestones. If the server reaches 10 (dedicated) players in 5 minutes, that is something to drop party for. If we get a $450 donation from a dedicated player, I will be willing to do a drop party for players. I may do one every-so-often, as well, but I don't do OP drop parties often.
Do you give players items?: Under some circumstances. If a staff member used a inventory editing plugin to steal from that player, yes. If the player was threatened to be framed, or other things, yes. But, if the player died on a really well armed character, no. He/she needs to get their own items back like everyone else.
What is your opinion on giving another player FREE ITEMS?: My opinion is that it is stupid. I don't think players should be given an advantage due to some sort of 'cheating'. Asking a staff member for a free item is a no-go. It is not fair to other players and is certainly not right.
Explain your background on Minecraft: I am a regular survival Minecraft player. I started in 1.8.1 and I have stopped between 2012-2013. I took a break from Minecraft and approached a more outdoor part of me. I later returned to Minecraft and looked for a different way of 'playing' Minecraft. I wanted to be a staff member on the right server. I was trying many until it just got to stressful to handle it. I am here now applying for your server, 2 months later. I am a good owner because I have owned a medium sized bukkit server. I configured my own plugins and such.
What is your style of chatting? Ex: This is just a test. OR this iz jus a test: I chat as I type: Answer This is just a test. I sometimes make a grammatical error or a spelling error here and there. I sometimes do get tired and I sometimes will write my sentances like this : hey, [PLAYER]
u are not allowed to spam chat The "U" was me being tired. Anything else I will still try to do correctly.
How do you TREAT players?: I treat players as if they were children. If they screw up small, I give them a warning. If they screw up big, I punish them. If they are good, I am good. If they are very good, I reward them. I respect everyone and I am kind. I am fun to have around and I can make a friend in seconds. (That's how I survive school to this very day.)
How do you select staff? Please be very detailed.: I select staff according to their experience. Also, I will give them a trial. I also read the application and see if I like the grammar usage and mechanics, spelling and word choice. I also look at the way the player plays. I will ask the person questions here and there and I will try and see how loyal they are. I know if someone is right for the job due to me being a former server owner.
Do you know how to configure plugins or will you hire someone?: I know how to configure my own plugins but sometimes I may ask someone to take over for an hour or so.
What will YOU do in the following scenario?
A player just logs onto the server and says that he will bring all of his friends. He says that he will bring up to 20 PEOPLE. 20 people shows up and they all ask for an OP drop party. What do you do?: I ask them to play for 30 minutes. I will try to ghost (/v) and see what they are up to. If they are hiding in a corner of spawn, waiting for 30 minutes to be up, I will not do an OP drop party. If they actually all cooperate with other players and play maybe even more than 30 mins (due to being caught up in the game) I will do somewhat of an OP drop party.
