What kind of server are you trying to make? I have a good share of experiences with permissionsEX. I also know about Skript, which can be used to make custom inventories.

Or you can just build your own desktop from scratch. I find desktops to be a lot less costly in the long run; unless your aiming for a laptop.

Discussions/Gaming Should I get this keyboard?

I do like the gaming keyboards. I once owned a Logitech G510 with LCD screen, but since I only used it to play laptop streams to my TV, it wasn't getting much use. As for the Razor, it seems like a well-built gaming keyboard. However, I would like to point out my negative points to any gaming keyboard: the price. Sure, I understand why, but the fact that most of it's price comes from functionality and personalization, it seems better to save the money and go towards a custom-built PC or laptop (such examples may be Alienware and Origin).

In my opinion though, if you use a PC and have the money to spare, this would be a nice keyboard to invest in. Otherwise, your better off buying something simple, like VividPvP suggested.

Minecraft/Modding Suggest Mods for Mod Makers!

I can try and work on something in my free time, but no promises. So essentially, what key features do you need in the mod? I was thinking maybe add seperate creative tabs for each ride type, and adding a bunch of different track pieces, but I'll look into it further.
