Reason you want job - As the server I played on before has been steadily declining in popularity, I wish to retain my administrative rank and responsibilities. I've been looking around for servers in need of staff and this looks somewhat along the lines I have been looking for.
Do You Meet All Requirements - Yes/No (If no, what don't you meet. I might make exceptions.) No, as I don't reach the required age.
Tell me About Yourself - I usually do not enjoy filling these things out, as I believe in modesty and humbleness, and this is just usually flat out bragging to try to persuade someone you are better then the next person. I've been playing minecraft for quiet a while, since alpha that is, and I've seen many unorganized and chaotic servers and I'm often displeased with the conduct of Admins and moderators, usually finding that they do not cope with certain situations well, and are immature about many topics, and I find myself constantly wondering why they were even hired to the position itself. I am frequently playing and has done well with the management role of the previous 24/7 server I played on, and had the role of head admin. I organized many events, moderator applications, and many other duties. Many people consider me much more mature for my age, but again, I do not like bragging and I find it ignorant. I do have a mic and Skype. Though I think things like team speak or ventrillo would be more better for an official server. I'm VERY comfortable with world edit, world guard and things like craft bukkit. I'm also wondering what plugins the server will have, and if it will be more vanilla based. I also will say now, white-listing decreases popularity of servers A LOT. It leads to less players, though they may be more serious. I hope you reply.
