I would make a good staff member because, I would look over the server when no other staff was on. And I would help configure and fix any plugin that I possibly could if they broke or needed changing.
Yes, I am currently staff on another semi-popular server called RiftMC. I am Co-Owner/Admin on there.
I have been banned on some servers, but it's a little ironic because I got banned from some of them trying to advertise other servers, like RiftMC and such. I could do the same for this server!
I could improve Universe network by: 1. Suggesting/Adding fun and helpful plugins for the server and fixing/configuring them correctly. 2. I am a very helpful advertiser and I could boost up Universe Network's popularity by a fair amount.
If I were in a situation I couldn't handle, I would either record this situation if we could solve it latter, and show it to staff, or contact a staff member right away.

I am actually not a very good builder, I can make builds but they are not too much designed.
