PMC/Discussion Trouble uploading skins

I am having problems uploading skins...

I fallow all the steps and once i click on the "Upload File" button, it redirects me to the homepage...

any help would be appreciated.

i need some help...

i try to upload one of my created skins but whenever i select "upload file" it takes me back to the home page.

I have had some skins removed in the past so it probably has something to do with that...

Any help would be appreciated.
