DynitGenosWhy does a style of skins bother people so much? Sure there are a lot of these said 'teen' skins but you do know most of the minecraft community is kids, right? I don't think posting a skin that looks younger has any attack on someone. Apparently just posting a skin angers people now....
Well its posting 'teen' skins that will get you a lot of flak. Probably because people want something fresh and cool but teen skins are not (which, honestly I think teen skins are cool for what they are).
I do not condone hating on teen skins, that is absurd and we should ignore threads like this folks (unless it has something worthwhile to read and is not comments made against OP post.).
jzpelaezWell, saw this, kind of agree, also on a side note... I take requests! Gimme an idea for a skin since I'm an unimaginative individual who is still some how creative. Just nothing anime, dear god I refuse to delve into that.

Sir, you have no respect for skinners who are starting out/making teen or anime skins.
I have nothing against those that start off by skinning from an anime, but to me it is something that
I cannot take a liking too, but never something other's can't like.
Teen skins on the other hand... Well, I'll specify what I mean by agreeing slightly. I have nothing against those that skin teen skins nor those that use them. The problem is, is that when they make said teen skin, they upload them which adds to the listing, piling upon other teen skins and those in between. I myself have used teen skins, never uploaded one, but have used them before, provided, I had no idea how to actually even use ms.paint. Provided I use MCSkin3D (Thank you kindly Paril) now, so it makes it that much easier to view how the skin will look in 3d, which I personally think improved my skin work from what I had previously. I myself have nine works uploaded, I had others before them but I disliked my work and deleted it all. I've only recently gotten back into skinning, but it's extremely infrequent. The problem is I just have nothing to think of to skin, as I have little interest in most things. I have a respect for those that want to start skinning as an actual thing, it's brilliant that people want to take something they love and make it into Minecraft, or make their own works from their own fantasies. Now let's review, I babbled a lot, would appear to be coming off as defensive but it's hard to convey tone through text. Hey, perhaps if you have something you're partial to, a character from a game, or show, or an individual, I've got spare time that I need to occupy myself with. To those reading this that are starting out in skin work, just keep working, do your best, and hope nothing dies because you have a rare condition in which every time you blink a cat turns into a train, and dogs turn into ducks.
