It depends on how you've dealt with society. I myself went through quite a bit as a young age, Saw people die right in front of my eyes, been in multiple occasions of me experiencing death nearly from being ran over by a car by literally a foot. I met many people because my childhood consisted of me moving places because I couldn't find a proper school, I've been to united states and to Japan. Separated myself from friends and family before, -- My point is your experience with people in my opinion will determine your maturity of how to deal with people. From more of a legal perspective; Age will be important on what you do. Obviously you can't drink at a young age or smoke. It is absolutely unhealthy for your system. Well, ofcourse it's the same on however old you become, but specifically for people of your age can potentially be effected from it. Age matters. Although this thread didn't really specify matter on what, so I'd pretty much close this as; "Depends on whatever you wish to relate yourself on what you think age matters as from whatever perspective."
