Help/JavaEdition i want to start up a server :D

jeremyb96i need help starting a server if 2 or 3 experienced people who could help me out here that would be awesome and when we get the server up you will admins i really want a server that is like the whole harry potter world like the school, london , everything but i NEED people to help me out. i will host if someone teaches me i have done research on youtube and google but i just cant seem to find out how to do this.

This is a hamachi Ip if you want people to be able to connect to it then you must be in the same network.
Btw I can make you a server. With about 5GB RAM (it's hamachi too).

You must portforward and static your Ip- Address to be able to host a server.
