Community - Help if needed (Ex; /modreq), and build local things. Grinders, Enchants rooms, Milk/Egg farm, etc.
Attitude - Like i said help if needed, and nice but can be mean if extreme levels of non-tolerance have been reached.
Builder/Commander - Redstone Pro, Will build cool builds if world edit is included/Not afraid to ban hackers(forever) or griefers(a week or 2), kicks spammers.
