Not sure about the lootables but unrelated FYI: You can change the 0 at the end of your link to a 1 and it becomes a direct file download link. One that IIRC can even be used to host server resource packs.

Imagine the government adding these horizontal escalators you see in airports to EVERY road crossing in the country. The cities have to pay for it, they become mandatory. And the argument of the government would be: "Well not everyone that wants/needs to cross a road can walk themselves"


You cant make this shit up ._.


This is an argument FOR modularity and opting out. Not one to force your way.

Like it seems my whole comment you replied to went FULLY over you head. I could just repeat everything I said in that one. You did not seem to get my point and I do not know how to describe it better, this could be an issue with me expressing myself, or with you grasping it, idk. I do not see any value in continuing this conversation further.



This has been a discussion for weeks and all defense of the system (with its current implementation and it being non-optional) comes from nativity and selective disregard. I am tired.

Dumb question but did you press save, cause I always forget to do that in NBTExplorer. Also since you are using mods the game may be storing you inventory data somewhere else and just syncing it with level dat. Or you may be picking up the item on the ground again when joining. You could try to put yourself in spectator (Also in level.dat) so you do not pick up items on join. Or maybe move yourself to different chunks (Coordinates of you position are also stored in level.dat)

As I per my original comment. You now have to trust the admins on a server to not backstab you. You will simply avoid talking about political issues, lgbtq topics or mental health altogether cause you do not wanna pass everything you say trough the "wait could this be used as a response to something to frame me?" before hitting send.



I can speak for most player probably when I say. "I have never said something that should be worthy of a ban and do not plan to" but can you be certain you will never say something that can be used to frame you? No, cause they are trying to survey stuff outside of their control. Server and clients on 3rd party systems.

Maybe use something like NBTExplorer to find the offending item in your inventory and delete the entry. But I am not sure how easy that is with a modded level.dat (Singleplayer)

Also a tip for the future: Maybe choose a more saying title than "I need help". This can mean anything and most people either wont bother clicking it or are annoyed having to click on it to read the full thing only to realized they can't help you.



I need help with skript OR with a skript command already go a long way of getting help.

Here is the kicker though. Most people complaining and bothered by this are existing fans of java. People who will not give Mojang any more money. Ne customers care a lot less about those features, sadly, since they are not yet attached to the franchise.

Its not direct censorship but rather that censorship is a side effect of it. People will choose to self censor in fear of getting banned. Which is IMO not even the worst part of this system.



To me the worst part is its totality/finality. In most case if you are banned, you are banned forever, and from every server. All your progress, friends and sentimental value to your account will be lost.

That being said there will always false positives. And currently there exist mods for server that allow you to social engineer and "fake" parts of reports to a degree. If you have a admin/owner in position of power you better do not upset them or they may try to get your account, your progress, removed from all server in the game.

Sadly older players that have been long time customer are less valuable for Mojangs business model. Since you only paid once a long time ago. And with time you put the game to a higher standard and are usually more demanding than a fresh customer. So loosing you for gaining a lot of new customers, is economically worth it. (Minecraft is mostly sold outside of the java platform).



While most content (Mods, youtube) is created for Java and has a great role in its success, this success is mostly enabled by a minority (most people are not content creators). So they are not risking much here in terms of a business perspective (sadly).

Rip the base pack from your own minecraft folder with 7-zip. For editing I use mostly paintDOTnet but also sometimes Aseprite (which is paid).
