Briefly describe what you think a Moderator is: Moderators are players who have a huge understanding of their surroundings, which may include plugins, bugs, gameplay, rules, who will utilise this to help players. Moderators' are expected to hold themselves to the same rules they are enforcing, plus a few additional rules to prevent them from taking unfair advantage of their positions, and to treat all users fairly and professionally. They must enforce these rules to make sure that each and every player has no advantage from and unrelated source.
