It happens because when you get people looking at the skin you get XP. Maybe one day no one looks at it, and then one day a few people look at it. And then no one looks at it.

I'm level 34, I get XP by...

1: Making submissions
2: Making mods (Mods earn TONS of XP)
3: Texture packs (Texture packs make TONS of XP)
4: Not stealing other ideas this will get that submission removed and more of your XP.
5: Do this you will be up and running.

1: Horses (Horses suck)
2: New launcher (It makes your computer slow because it has all the new processes it starts up minecraft in a tab, and then when you login it opens up another tab, so 2 tabs just to play 1 game?!)

A linux computer. It is really good to host severs on. Look up on YouTube most people will say if your going to host a dedicated server use Linux

No. I explored the jungle no lava at all. There was a big pond in the middle of it.
