Well, like EnderDurant said, are you in a lobby? If you're not, it's most likely a plugin causing you to not be able to move your inventory.

Same... Those 'examples' are just continuous screenshots of the same build(s).. They're not highly detailed, and they show no proof of good building 'skills'. Paying for 1 of those spawns, is probably the worst offer I've ever heard of.. At least make some QUALITY builds, with actual details, and creativity used. Those builds are plain, and simple. I can even build a normal house, with tons of details, and overrule your whole "castle" or whatever build :/ Sorry, but when you have professional, experienced builders, I'll take a look into buying a spawn..

Past experiences: I've been mainly Developer, and Administrator ranks in my 3 years of helping servers. But, I don't have experience with any of the Developer 'checks'. I've only learned HTML, Python, and CSS. Which doesn't really go along with server 'modding'. Mainly network stuff. But as I said before, I've been mainly Developer and Administrator. Since Administrator is not available, I'm applying for Moderator. Since I have a great amount of experience in all areas. Socially, internally (multicraft, config files, plugins), and externally (server looks, MOTD, visual related stuff, which goes along with most config files). I'm very mature, yet I can be goofy sometimes. I'm almost ALWAYS available through 4:30-11:00pm daily (EST). Which means I can dedicate about 5-6 hours or so daily. That is, if I'm not busy with my own server's development, and such. As my experience, loyalty, and maturity has gotten me many ranks on many servers. Currently I'm only moderating 1 server, developing my own server, and applying here. I always fit the servers I'm responsible for, into my daily schedule. I've never been PAID to be a moderator and such. I've tried, and I found a server that has a paying system related to your's, but, I had a few issues with other players which caused my application to get denied sadly.. But I learned through all the years I've been moderating, and managing servers.

(P.S. If possible, is Manager open? I'd like to be a Manager if possible, if my application shows enough potential for it.)

Honestly.. You only need 1 owner. Which is YOU, and MAYBE a co-owner at the least. 1/2 developers, 2-3 moderators, 1-2 admins, 1-4 helpers. I know from experience Too much staff could easily bring down your server's reputation in lots of ways. If you need advice or help PM on here. I'm glad to help with anything, advice, server specs, and more.

Hello! I totally feel where you're coming from, luckily my mother and father just got their government checks. And I now have a server host, my own server website, and a custom domain! I could possible look into letting you come on, and seeing how you do for a while. And you could easily make me trust you, by showing maturity, loyalty, and kindness to the server's players, and I. If you'd like to be staff on my server, PM. You'd still have to apply, but since I've been in your situation, and I know the struggles, I can maybe help you out a bit.

Hello! I've checked out your server, and it's amazing. You don't need to change a thing, just get some members on. Advertise, don't tell people ANYTHING about staff. And if they do ask, simply tell them staff isn't needed yet. I mean, you usually attract staff thirsty players when ya say anything about "staff needed" and such. I know this from experience cx. I'll be on your server. I enjoy it, and you just gotta advertise asking for loyal people who would stay and enjoy a cool factions server with crates and more. If you do it enough and get maybe 20+ people every advertisement 'event', then you could have yourself a nice community of 40+ people daily, if you do it enough.

Sorry, this may have sounded so un-official. But I'm currently building my own server. x) Been stressed.

Do you have any prior experience with servers: Yes. I've managed, developed, and ran 48 servers the past 3 years I've been staff on multiple servers. Most stayed up for over 5 months, some even stayed up for 1-2 years, sadly the founders stopped paying for the server and abandoned all of us. Which is why I'm looking for some new servers to help out. Mainly get them going with the essentials, then go more in depth with the details stuff. Such as editing plugins, changing plugin's configuration files, and managing files. I'm a very experienced Developer, I recommend working alone as a Developer. I take requests, I could use another eye for things sometimes, but I hate when people change my work, without asking me. It's pure disrespect. But yea, I would love to apply for Developer since I'm very experienced, mature, loyal, and hard-working.

Experience: I've been staff for many servers these past 3 years I've played MC. I'm very experienced as a Developer, and a Moderator, and a Owner. It won't be a mistake accepting me, and I'm sure as a Head-Admin I can help out as both a developer and a Admin. I'm strictly all business, strict with rules, serious with any little incident that happens with staff. I can show you some sites I've made, and some servers I've edited plugins on privately on skype if you'd like.

Why Should you become a staff member on shadow network: I should become staff because I'm very experienced, mature, loyal, and hard-working. Most people might get mad or upset, and quit the server for not getting their items or ranks they desired. But me? I like to find the fun in the server and try to get to know people. So I'd become a fellow common good person, if you get what I mean. I see it's a new server and I believe I can help a LOT. Due to my experience of course. I can dedicate 6+ hours daily to the server if needed. Although my internet isn't the best at the moment.

Why Should we Choose you: I believe you should choose me because like I said I'm mature, HIGHLY experienced, hard-working, and loyal. I'm not the best at making plugins. But, I'm an experienced Developer and I can fix almost any problems with plugins and such. I'm good in game, never abused these past 3 years. Only been demoted twice, 1 due to jealousy, and the second due to booting a member of the server off after threatening to hack my accounts, and he tried to boot me off also. So I defended myself.
