Minecraft/Discussion EULA refund?

The community these days. As an active member in the server owner community, what the owner of the server you purchased a rank on messed up. 1. He/she should have re-created the ranks to comply with the EULA, not remove it all-together. Second of all, do any of you think Mojang has the time to send 100's of thousands of Cease and Desist letters? If they don't want to do that, they could black-list the authentication servers, which still wouldn't do anything. Also, the server has till August 1st. Until then, Mojang won't even lift a finger at even one of the bigger servers. Also, Mojang says to 1. Make the other perks available by soft-currency, or some other way to earn. 2. Give everyone the perks.

For all of you saying that what he did was against the EULA, keep in mind Mojang invited servers to panels, talked, and laughed with us for 6 whole months. What they are doing is not fair to the community.

I dont believe in all the teleportation and flying cars crap.

I believe architecture will improve and technology (especially video games will be better)

Weapons will be better

I believe that the Iphone will be very thin.

Just a few ideas.

Guns aren't bad. Yes they can potentially kill or harm people. But they can only be shot by a person. So really guns aren't bad. Its people. As for drugs I do believe that they shouldn't exist because they just damage the body.

Its because op whether used for good or bad is fun. I know this since I run a server, but still just playing without a donor-rank/op is even more fun because you cherish every little thing you earn.

Id donate and give away some definately, but I would also upgrade my server to dedicated and never worry about donor ranks, then I would also spend a lot on just tons of stuff as well

Hmmmmm perhaps a tool that uses enderpearls to fuel it and allows more teleports per one enderpearl? Or maybe other block types in the end?

Same here Ive turned my computer on and off and it doesn't matter servers don't work. Plus singleplayer does work so its a server problem

Ok the forge mod loader is 10 times better since it adapts directly into your launcher after downloading it thus making the transition from mod playing and normal about the same. So heres what you are going to do

Ok so your going to want to download Forge here: http://www.minecraftforge.net/forum/indtion=files
After its done running click view downloads and drag it out onto your desktop. Now your going to want to click on it or view/edit it and its going to pull up a little box with download forge modloader. So your going to click download.
Next go into your minecraft launcher and it should have generated a minecraft 1.6.4 forge account(or whatever version you run) now run it. After that you will find under multiplayer a section called MODS. This is not where your going to install mods.

Installing mods to forge:
Ok so go into whatever version of search you use and type in %appdata% and click roaming. In roaming you should find a folder called the .minecraft. Open the .minecraft and you will see a folder called mods. Drag any mod you have downloaded in the mods folder and start up minecraft.

True best thing in this situation is to check your recent downloads and your core downloads folder and remove anything you didnt download or that looks out of place. If that still doesnt work scan it with an antivirus program. If you do find a virus and cant figure out how to get it off get in contact with an IT guy.

In the future dont click on adds that are spam, download stuff thats stuipid and from a site you dont trust.
Yeah I know its sometimes hard especially if you run a server, but you just go to watch your back.

Dude hosthorde hosting is the best you can get 10 slots and 5gb mem 1 gb ram I think for 7.95$ and for 14.95$ and you get 50 slots and double everything listed above. They also offer unlimited everything for 30$

All packages have unlimited bandwidth, multicraft, custom .jars, and full ftp file access.

Best of all they have a knowledgebase for help.

It litterally helped me update my server when 1.6.4 came out

Well alienware is a good kind but its like 1K$ or around 800-900 euros. In all cases go for a gaming computer with high memory and a good graphics card. Memory and high fps are the best for videos and just gaming. Perhaps look at BestBuy online store and order one from there?

Honestly I love it and if you could make one for my server only with dynamicskyblock on it and have an ip down on the bottom that would be incredible
