4. Maturity level 1-10: I would put it at around 7, though I would not like to sound like all others. That is not in comparison to others though, seeing as though I feel that most are not completely honest.
5. Past experience: I have been a moderator, operator, admin, and a co owner as far as staff positions go. I have played minecraft for two years and have become quite good at commands.

I am an admin/co owner on a server my brother owns with no official name other than hhans' server that's also not private. I am an op on wrexSMP, and I play as a member on a Dayz server called InfectedRPG which has been a new experience. I almost always play on survival servers.
7. Ban Record: As anyone would be if they had been playing actively on servers for two years, I have been banned from servers both classic minecraft and premium minecraft. Though now thinking about it, I have not been banned recently.
8. Hack Record: I have used nodus before and also have used zombe mod pack (that is flying for minecraft back when there wasn't creative). Currently all I use is optifine with the occasional water shader but those are not hacks. I hope my honesty apart from others does not lower my chances of anything, in fact knowing about nodus and such has more of a benefit as a staff member on servers. Knowing what to look for is very good and I know what nodus has in it.
9. How do you deal with a a hacker/spammer on the spot: I usually enjoy the procedure of asking for the spammer to stop once (if it isn't extreme spam) then if declined to stop or no response, mute them. In the case of a hacker it requires immediate attention, after hacks are verified I would jail them and depending on how serious these hacks are I would ban them. Pictures always are a good thing to have just in case something is brought up in later experiences, it's good to have proof of things.
10. Plugin experience: I would say I have more experience with commands with others since I have access to all commands with various plugins on two servers. One of those servers being my brother's so I get to play with a lot of plugins just to mess around.
11. Rank you are applying for: I would like to go for Admin, though if I were to get moderator I would be just as happy.
12. Can you contribute money to the server, if so how much monthly: I cannot donate or contribute money towards the server.
13. How much time can you be on a day/what times normally: Depending on what care is needed towards the server or what is happening at that time I could be on from 1 hour to 4 hours a day. Generally I could be on a little bit in the morning with no specific time, then in the evening from about 4PM-9PM I would come off and on if I am free, I am in the Pacific Time Zone.
14. Country you live in(or continent if country is not well known): I am in U.S.A.
15. How long have you been playing Minecraft I have played for about 2 years, most likely a little longer by 2-3 months.
