Why you want to become staff: To make sure new people were greeted, respected and appreciated just like I was. I want to be to make sure the server is safe, fun, enjoyable for everyone. I will help out lots on the (forums?), pointing out if you break a rule, answering new peoples questions, helping them land on their feet.

The rank is a major responsibility: I know. I know I am ready and can do what it takes to be a helper. I have worked really hard lately doing what you say I should do: be more active and help more.

Anything else you want to tell us?: Here's just a little bit about my age. I've been worried about the topic of that right through writing this application. I really do hope I won't be judged too harshly on being 12. I understand the advised age is 13: therefore it is unlikely I will be accepted, and sorry if I don't stand out enough, but it was worth a try. I hope you can see my age is not a problem, as I am a lot more mature than a lot of people. Also I am staff on Mineplex.

You should have a set map size, so people can't run away, and some sort of map so you can see anyone within 500 blocks, so you need to be aware?

Hey there. Wow, you are generous!

My name is Sam, and I am 12, but I feel I could really take on the task of a server.
The server I would like to have is mainly survival orientated, with towny to add a community, and a little RPG. PVP is off except in certain areas, because a lot of people get spawnkilled, attacked by people with OP swords etc. when they are new, which I find unfair, but I don't want to completely get rid of PVP.
I will find a building team for spawn, and they can build a spawn, I'm fine with finding and instructing them. Also, I hope to have a little range of minigames incase a player gets bored.
I don't plan on making it a big server, so I will keep everything to scale for the player amounts. Not too big, not too small.
In the towny world, I will designate 4 nation leaders, they are also admins. The nations will have towns, donators and staff can make towns. There will be tax for the town owner, so eConomy will also be added with chestshops, so people can easily get to where they want. The nations are rivalled to be the biggest, so town mayors need to be persuasive.
I will also get a plugin manager, someone who manages and installs plugins to the server. The plugin manager also gets a VIP++ rank.
The ranks for the server will be:
Nomad: Default rank.
Peasant: Costs 10 000 coins.
Low Class Citizen: Costs 20 000 coins.
Middle Class Citizen: Costs 40 000 coins.
High Class Citizen: Costs 75 000 coins.
Community Leader: Costs 100 000 coins.
Community Hero: Costs 180 000 coins.
Community Legend: Costs 300 000 coins.
Donor: £4.99
VIP: £9.99
VIP Extra: £12.99
VIP+: £16.99
VIP++: £19.99
(As server host, all profits will be given to you).
Each rank gives you more abilities. Nomads can sell dirt and cobble and join a town, thats it. Citizens can buy a house and sell stone and coal as well. Low Class can sell iron and wood and charcoal and leaves as well. And so on. Community people can be town assistants and get a free horse every month. Community Legends profit their town by 3000 coins a day. Donors get minigame advantages, can lead towns, earn additional money, each get more the higher the rank.

Thats just a few of the vast ideas I have for my (hopefully) server.

1) Make huge minecraft network of servers, like 100 servers or something, I go pretty hardcore.
2) Donate 2 million pound to a whole load of charities I like. C.R.U.K, C.H.U.F, and charities that help people in my country and African villages.
3) A Swedish mansion. Everything is better in Sweden.
4) Foodz.

Heyo Storm!

This is my entry for stone. It took approx an hour? Not too long. I wanted to make a nice bumpy effect with my stone, and I think I pulled it off. The cracks are there, but not too much, as I feel some packs exaggerate. Also, the colour turned out perfect, and it looks like the cracks are on bumps, which is cool. I used about 4-5 photos of cracks and stone that I took on my street.

Also, I included a photo which shows 4 of my textures put together. This shows the seamlessness. If by any chance I get featured in a video, could you please show the 4 texture photo as well as the single one? It just looks a lot better, and I think all the videos should have this, so you can see how well the seamlessness blends and works.

Why are you applying: I am applying because I love the server, want to help it thrive and improve and get the server a community, so new people feel welcome and existing players want to stay.

What do you want to do for the server: I would love to help improve the community of the server and make sure everyone is fair and not breaking the rules.

Will you get players for the server?: To be honest, my main goal would be to keep players, but there is nothing stopping me from recommending it to others

What will you do for the server: I will make it more of a community, that is fun and fair.

How good would you describe yourself at Minecraft?: Not brilliant, I know everything to know except redstone/command blocks, I could help new players learn the ropes, I've played since Nov 2012, I'm bad at parkour, OK at interior design, better at exterior, I love playing with mods, and I don't like playing alone much.
If you were given the chance, would you accept a promotion?: Depends if I was worthy of said promotion. I wouldn't pester to gain a promotion, but if I was offered one and I worked for it and I feel like I could do it, sure I would ^_^

Also, I know I'm quite young but I'm maturer than a lot my age. I am starting a YT and I'm not really boring, I try to be funny ^_^
