Poisonous frogs :3
Because frogs.
They are neutral and if you hit them they will start shooting poison at you and can be found in the new AMAZON RAINFOREST biome :O
They have 5 hearts (like the other mobs) and usually sit on trees like blocks.

I need a epic, enthusiastic builder who can build almost anything. well you can come and try. The theme is based on rich and poor for example broken shacks, houses building, alleys, and theres gonna be many the rich part to. it a different idea than rest of the servers TOTALLY NEW. the person who can help us can have benefits (most prolly a rank)

I can help. I ROCK at building houses, villages, etc etc. I consider myself as a good builder, and I put in a lot of detail. I know how to terrain with worldedit, which makes it easier for hills, cliffs, etc.

jackvealHey, I would like to know what makes you leave or stay on a minecraft server.
I am asking this question because I don't know whether my server is bad or I just haven't advertised it enough. My spawn is made by me and my builders and i have been running servers for over a year now but never really been successful. On top of asking this question i would also like to know what makes a good server in your opinion?

Please help! I also need staff but please think before you ask as i hate immature people who beg and have no experience.


Stay: Good staff, nice players, cool plugins, no trolls/griefers, and a no cussing rule.
Leave: Bad staff, abusive players, no plugins, lots of trolls/griefers, and hypocrits.

I would like to apply for Jr. Mod. I'm very kind, I have an extremely long temper, and I'm always in a good mood. But if I'm not, I always try my best to answer questions. I have had experience as staff before and I know my rights and wrongs.

Minecraft/Discussion Weapon Hammers In Minecraft [Poll]

It's a good idea, but the overall mod is a bit like Mutant Creatures mod. The mutant zombies drop a hammer just like the iron hammer, and so it's a bit of a copy but I don't mind. As long as it's enjoyable and bug-free I'll get it when I figure out how to install mods.
Also, it's quite easy to add into vanilla. All you have to do is make a 1.1 version of the mod and it's done.

If you take requests, I've been wanting a mod that adds emerald tools and armor so they're not just for trading with villagers.

Townies and bukkit are good plugins to have with your server. Bukkit allows warps, nicknames, etc. Townies are shops and that, so it's really a very good idea. Roleplay is also a popular thing now, so you could create a custom roleplay world with a seperate roleplay chat. Rank plugins are also very good ideas.

Feel free to use any of these ideas, but you can leave them out if they don't get you.
Staff tips:
1. If your looking for staff, the first idea for Co-Owner is to get a very close friend. Close friends are less likely to betray you and would make better staff.
2. Looking for other positions is hard. If you need trust for Admin, you could set up a system file where they have to answer fields. If you still don't trust them you could open up a skype call with them.
3. If your staff abuse their powers, give them a warning before you deop them. Example: [Admin] Username_Not_Taken: WHO WANTS A FLYING HORSE RIDE
[Owner] You: No flying horse rides. Next time I will deop you.
[Admin] Username_Not_Taken: WHAT ABOUT A FLYING UNICORN RIDE
[Owner] /pex group dunce Username_Not_Taken

Go to 'Projects' in the My Account button and click 'Submit New Project'. Then upload the file of your map (you need to have snapshotted it for this) and leave a description. And now, my friend, you have a project on Planet Minecraft.
