None of those speeds mean anything when you chose a server >50 miles. Find major datacenters and find your connection to that. Based on where you're connecting to, is where you should be testing your connection to. Then you'll know your real speeds.
Just because I get 1gb/s up/down doesn't mean that I'll still get that speed down in california which is ~1500 miles from me.
