Help/JavaEdition Minecraft wont stop lagging! help!!!

on my old laptop minecraft lagged to, here are the best thing you can do:
Best: graphics fast
than: smooth lighting OFF
than: render discance short/normal (tiny is unplayable)
and than: let the world load for a bit
