Since I am a HTML and CSS Expert, mind if I ask you a few questions? I do not see how HTML and CSS are related to Minecraft developing. I don't find this app very professional either. Still love it how you are trying to help ,although im not very convinced by this app.

I suggest if you do not have any other ways to fix your wifi.
I can suggest you to put your Wifi console high up in the air making it easier for you to catch wifi.
IF you have a wireless internet.
Also putting your USB closer to the Console always helps , I once put it on the back of my PC although I soon found a solution by putting on the front.
Try to restart your wifi before starting MC , it could help!
Sometimes this error happens when a Minecraft server is far away from where you live , so try to stay away from servers that are far away!
Also, try to restart your Minecraft launcher since it could be a temporary cause.

There are massive amount of players experiencing these issues.
Here are possible causes.

They will add fake information in order to crash it , e.t.c

Your computer's problem , If you have a low RAM then what the Modpack requests you , you may not be able to turn it on.

Did not download the mod pack properly


Possible Solutions

Deleting the file you downloaded.

Redownloading it after you made sure it is not a scam website.

Sadly , buying a new computer would be a solution if you have a bad comp specs.

I know that you guys are desperate and willing to succeed but the Skype Spamming has just got out of hand by now , please stop the massive spam , i have had about 3 spams by you guys.I insist you keep the hard work but keep in mind there are people out there that do not want spam.Perhaps finding another way would be a great idea
