Minecraft/Servers Naruto Server in the Making! Need Builders!

Hi There, I'm applying to be a Builder!

Pervious Builds(If any): Currently working on adventure map, and practicing redstone.
Experience with pixelart, making structures such as castles, and redstone.

Why you would like to help out: First of all, minecraft is a game about freedom, building, and doing whatever you would like on a world of your own. Opening a server means that you get to share that experience with others, whether it's through plugins or rpg, I love to build. I also love to help out others. So basically, I just love helping out and moderating people, and would try my best to do anything you tell me to do. I am pretty social and gets along with lots of people.

How much time can you dedicate per week: I can dedicate 3 hours a day (about), so
3 X 7 is 21. I can nearly dedicate a day to your server.

How much about Naruto do you really know: I currently have finished the Naruto manga and is waiting for more to come out, and now I am watching the Naruto anime. So you could say I love anime and Naruto in general.

~Have you been staff on another server before?: Yes, I am currently managing 2 servers and is staff on 2 other. I set up minigames, plugin permissions, and configurations for people.
~How long have you played minecraft?: I have played minecraft for 4 years now and will play for at least another 2.
~Are you good at guiding other peoples, and help newcomers?:
Yes, I am good at everything social. I am good at making friends and making them
laugh or feel welcome. I can get somebody to STAY on your server..
~How much from Naruto have you seen? (At least 1 season): I have finished all of Naruto on anime, and have also finished all the mangas.
~Anything else you want to say?:
I just want to say that I would love to help out your server like I always do with other
