My main spiel
First of all im not following the format because it doesn't get to the point, I will post one below for the hell of it. Now I am contacting you under the assumption that your are going for a modded war server, like actual greifing and pvp in a real mine craft environment, not some pathetic excuse that babies its players or makes controlled wars. If this isn't your vision then it would probably be a waste of time for you to read this.
Now I have had this vision of an mc server sitting on my mind for a long time but no one actually willing to set up a server. The vision i had was a custom built war server optimized for pvp and greifing using a variety of tools. The mods would be selected so they work together cleanly and there is no true best (avoiding people running around in invincible red matter armor like tekkit classic). It would give the ability for any base to be broken into and raided/greifed along with many methods of protecting your base from being greifed. My main goal is to build diversity in designs, when I used to lead a team on a previous server I remember every base was made of reinforced stone, with faction protection and no one left their EE fueled bases, the only raiding technique was frame ships equipped with access arms or a primed reactor, then there was the horrid safe armor (the ic2 safes locked from any interference creating a solid shell on all sides/bottom and height limit protecting the top) this is generally boring and players don't stay for more than a few months.
If you decide to bring me onto the team I would be able to build a mod pack and keep maintaining it for bugs along with providing you with tools to properly moderate players(im familiar with plugins). I will have someone helping me (so you would be hiring two people). If (hopefully) you make the decision to go professional and get away from pre-built hosting and on to a professional server then finding the best option and setting that up wouldn't take much effort (this means an extremely large player capacity at 20tps).

-I can also build you a website/forums if you haven't yet. I suggest Engin but if you want something self contained then I could do that rather easily.
-I am moderate at graphic design and have access to people who would do it due to boredom
-Dealing with people, I don't really like it but I am skilled at making people happy (your first goal as a server owner should be to make people happy)
-I guess I can build . . . I don't do bright things so anything i do build will be done with cool colors (this being an art term, warm/cool colors).
-Advertisement, my assistant has always wanted to make a YouTube video.
-Allot of other things I just cant think of them
