Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to be an Admin because I like having the responsibility of ensuring that all players are having just as good a time on the server as I am. I also like to build things that give players a chance to explore something besides just a cave or a mine shaft.

What is your previous experience: I have owned one vanilla server personally, and am an admin on one FTB server(dayz.slashflash.info), one Tekkit server(jadenlant.cc.cz), another vanilla server (85.236.100.250:27965)and am also an admin for ChampoiNetwork.

What skills do you have for this job: I have been playing Minecraft for around three years, I have good people skills and lots of experience with plugins and server administration.

Play/Administration style: I like to play the game just like everyone else, until another player needs help. I drop what I'm doing and assist them in any way needed. I like to chat with other players to be friendly and make them feel as though they are 'one of the gang'

What will you do with a hacker?: Ban he! No one likes a cheater.
What will you do if someone was spamming: I would tell them to stop at once, and if they continue I would kick them, and if they didn't stop after that, I would give them a temporary mute, or a temporary ban (5-10 minutes)
What will you bring to this server?: I will bring three years of experience playing Minecraft, having helped run one Tekkit Lite server, one Feed the Beast server, and one vanilla Minecraft server. I will help provide a fair and just experience to the players and assist them however they need.

If I were notch for one day, I would hire the makers of the Buildcraft, Industrialcraft, Equivalent Exchange(I love that mod to death ), Forestry, and tons of other amazing mods like that, and pay them to integrate their mods as a core part of the game. How awesome would that be? Also, I would hire a few more programmers/coders who's jobs would be solely to optimize the game. Then I would go on forums and image boards and actually LISTEN TO THE COMMUNITY, because we come up with some really simple, yet significant things that would improve the game!
