Can I apply for moderator or any ranks like mod.
1. I understand how to use the basic plugins of the server. This is including how to residence, how to set your homes, etc.
2. I know how to navigate the world. I also know important landmarks and how to traverse through the Multiple Worlds (MobArena, PvP, Casino, Etc.)
3.I am able to troubleshoot problems with the player base. From the simplest of issues like "How do I get to spawn." to the more complex problems that may happen like "I just got freekilled, and I lost my stuff and I don't know where my home is."
4.I am 15 years old

Permissions?: What do you mean?
Are you OP and testing this: Yes
Test all signs: are all broken, or just some? If some are working, which ones?: Nothing is working.
Does the sign turn red, not turn any color, or turn blue and do nothing on right click: Nope
Have you enabled them in the Essentials config? Locate the signs are and remove the # before all of them: Nope..should I?
