I actually found a way to securely delete it xD
go to:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/eraser/Its a program that overwrites files removing them permanantly
Install the program
Go into the program
Click yes (the popup)
Go to Settings>Erase Settings
Change the "Default file Erasure Method: US DoD"
Also Change The "Default drive erasure method: US DoD"
Then Look on the bottom and youll see a Add File Button... Click it
Pick a random picture to add in so it replaces the mcleaks program to a picture you chose
Then Click "open" when you chose the picture
Then go to Erase Schedule and right next to it is a small facing down arrow, click
Go to "new task"
Name it whatever you want
Fill the bubble which says "Run immediately"
Then look near the bottom and it says [Add Data] Click it
Click Browse... and locate the file (mcleaks) (Btw, put your mcleaks folder on the desktop so its much easier to find)
Go to Under "This Pc" And click "Desktop"
Find The File (MCLeaksAuthenticator) Click it
Select the file inside the folder you want to delete (If there is more than 1 keep reading)
Click "Open" when the file is selected
Then CLick OK on the bottom
Then Go to "Add data" Again (Only If you want to delete 2+ Files)
And do the whole Thing over again (exept downloading the program and changing the settings of course)
