I live in a very small and rural town that is so conservative that we don’t even have a McDonalds but one of my neighbors put up a pride flag and I’ve never been happier to live here

My town isn't small or conservative and we have a MacDonalds, but there are Stop LGBT graffiti everywhere and it sucks
I know only one person that has or had a rainbow flag and she's a bit controversial but I support her for that

I never felt safer than when my stairs were carpeted

Every time I walk on wooden stairs I have to make sure that my shoes are on tight and that there isn’t a slight breeze and that I’m putting my full focus on just walking

Back when they were carpeted I slid/jumped/tumbled down every other day just because I had the ability to

Ironically enough bread and cheese are two of my favorite foods (Shocker) but I can't taste a difference in most varieties of either

I can recognize blue cheese because I hate it and sourdough because it's sour but that's about it

The reason is probably that I eat them too fast to notice
