I need to know how to do that and how to make a designated spawn. Some people told me that you need Bukkit, but I don't have Bukkit and Hypixel has designated spawns on his maps.

Yes. I'm trying to make a LoL-like game, where there are Ender Crystals on either side of the map, and the teams have to try to destroy the opposing team's Crystal before theirs is destroyed, with Hunger Games like obstacles in the map. What I want to do is make a lobby, when you spawn, you pick a team and get teleported to that team's "spawn", when you die, you go back to the lobby and reteleport to your team's spawn.
