9) Why do you want to become a staff member on our team?: (Make sure to explain) I am applying for staff on your server because I love to help people and communicate with others. I like being there if someone needs my help or if they need a friend, I'll be there for them in an instant.
10) Why should we accept you to become a staff member on our team?: (Tell us about yourself)(What personalities make you a great candidate for our staff team. We recommend that you put at least 1 bad trait) I can help rid the community of toxicity, such as hackers or players breaking other rules. I also have many skills such as social, problem solving, etc. I know how to handle many different types of situations as I've had lots of experience. I'm a very trustworthy, intelligent, reliable person and I believe I will let all of that show when being staff.
11) What experience(s) do you have with becoming a staff member?: I've been Admin on a small server, giving me what I need to know about being Admin. Also, I have been Trial, Helper, and Mod on a 2000+ player server. These two experiences have given me the knowledge I have now, and I would put it all to proper use as staff.
12) What will you do to help the community in a positive way?: (Make sure to explain) I will interact with as many people as I can, gaining ideas as to what the players would like to see in the future of the server. I would make friends with everybody, act friendly towards each and every player.
13) Tell us something important about becoming a staff member: (Make sure to explain) Staff members need to have certain skills, such as social (communicating with others in a non-toxic manner and maintaining a positive attitude through everything) and problem solving skills (handling a tough situation in a good and timely manner).
14) Have you ever been punished on any servers? If yes, why were you punished? I have always followed the rules on ever server I've joined. Therefore, I've never been punished.
15) Are you able to work with others? (Are you friendly?) In my past experiences, I was on a staff team of 60+ people and got along with every one of them. I'm always friendly towards everyone.
16) Are you willing to help anyone that needs help? (Explain how you are going to do this) Of course! Helping people in need is one of my main priorities. I would assist them to the best of my abilities, whether it be a problem in game or just some advice. If I was not accurately able to help them, I would direct them to another staff member who could.
17) Are you responsible, Trustworthy, and Hard-working? (Explain to us why you are) I am all of these things. I'm good with doing things when I'm supposed to, therefore I am responsible. I'd never leak anything or tell any non-staff anything I'm not supposed to prior to it being released into the community. I'm hardworking, I'll work through every task thrown my way with all my abilities.
18) Are any of your friends also going to apply for our staff team? As of now, no.
19) Are you good with commands? I am aware of most commands that come with being staff and I know how to use them.
20) Do you like anime? If yes, what anime(s) do you like/watch? I don't currently watch Anime, although I'd like to check it out sometime soon.

2) Do you understand that if you are accepted for this position you will be in charge of other staff members? You are not able to boss them around, but you are able to tell them what we tell you, and you get most of the information before other staff members do.
