I mean I think you should just be around her and stuff. And just go to things that she hosts. Such as parties etc. If your invited of course!!!
Just start to get to know her and she will get the vibe and start getting to know you.
After like atleast 2-3 weeks of hanging out you will be friends talking and laughing together. Then soon after that. you should just talk to her more get closer. and then just ask her out. Just be nice to her lol and Be kinda playful. But not that weirdly overely nice guy.
