something you would do to help the server...: Keep the server a happy, Greifer-Free enviroment so that more people would like to stay on. "Also i'm very experienced with world-edit and building stuff legit.
what you would do if someone griefed: I would either kick them and return what was griefed to the victim or jail the griefer and return stuff back.

why should i pick you: You should pick me because i'm a great builder and a very great person to be around (according to my friends). On my last server i was voted #1 staff member by the reguar players! And the cool part was, i was going against the owner too..
