about yourself: Im a decent player who is easy to get along with, and I like to help others out (ex: someone dies, so i help them get their stuff; or someone needs food, so i give some to them) I am not going to brag about my ranks on any other servers, but I will say, i have some experience running a server.
a user is griefing: I would give them a few warnings ( depending on what they did) and if they still are doing this, i would temp ban them for 1-5 days (again depending on what they are doing). but i wouldn't abuse anyone or anything.
