    I'd imagine Microsoft don't really care.
    They don't care about things like Servers breaking terms of service. So a single skin being stolen in one of their packs probably isn't going to arouse suspicion from them.

    It maybe doesn't help that thats the same idea of the story behind The Broken Music Disk
    or how I'm pretty sure that exact story is in one of the handbooks

    Mojang have said before that they put the "removed Herobrine" in as a joke in the patch notes.

    There was an old Glitch on the Xbox were through some Microsoft account glitching you could join anyones worlds, which could explain it. I've had two players join a world of mine and kill all my animals,.

    Your temple was glitched due to world generation (theres weirder things that can happen in minecraft with world generation)
    Herobrine isn't real, it was a hoax to increase publicity for Minecraft. How do we know this? Because theres no feasible way how theres a glitch where a unique skin and a unique user can randomly spawn into players worlds. Sorry bud. But Mojang themselves have even said it was a little joke that every few updates they'd put "removed Herobrine" into the patch notes.
    It was a hoax started by some players, mainly because theres no actual way a glitch like that could happen.
