What experience have you had as admin/moderator/staff?: i have been an admin on 2 servers, mod on 1, and i run my own hamachi server.
Why do you want to be a admin/moderator?: i love minecraft and i want to help others enjoy playing as much as i do by helping out in any way, settling disputes, and prevent as much griefing as i can.
How do you solve solutions(problems?): depends on if the problem is between 2 people or a technical problem, either way i would offer my best knowledge on how to solve these problems.
How well do you behave around people?: to the best of my knowledge, quite well. i try to not get in arguments on the internet.
Are you mature?: i know when i need to be serious
Do you get along with others?: as stated before i dont get into arguments on the internet, i just wanna help others have fun.

well i love playing minecraft, and i want to help others enjoy playing it as much as i do.
response to griefing? after proof is shown, kick with warning, 2nd offence temp ban(5-10 days max), 3rd offence-ban, 4th offence- permaban. i know how to use commands, to name a few:
/kick
/ban
/ban-ip
/pardon
/pardon-ip
/help

how would i handle a fight? try to calm down both people, ask what the problem is, and try my best to solve said problem.
