Whats fishy about it? Even if he doesn't intend on using it for the purpose he states, hes still willing to pay for it so it really doesn't matter what his reasons are.

What colors do you want: lightbluish/blue
What is your server genre: Japanese/Asian style
Gif or PNG?: Png
Still or motion? Motion if possible
