Id like to see more aerial mobs to pose a threat from above as well as to the ground mobs. Or perhaps a friendly mob that you could hunt, gives another use for the bow.

Enhanced villager trading system. Maybe not just trade but ask you to go and find items (small quests).

Another dimension preferably the aether although they've said they wont, which sucks

The shaders mod really suits minecraft and i think it would be perfect for the vanilla game if they can make it less cpu and gpu intensive for those with lower spec systems. It seems to improve the asthetics of the game by merely adding shadows and better lighting.

More uses for blocks that dont serve a crafting purpose.

If you build a wall around a npc village maybe the villagers could team up with you and protect it, or be able give the villagers swords so they can protect and fight fr you, a simple gui with multiple options like guard/defend/attack etc.

And is the wither getting a full dimension then? If so have they said when it will be implemented?
