【Position applying for and why you fit it ? :】
Administrator.
I have experience configuring plugins, running servers, managing inter-staff and player communications/disputes. In my eyes the Administrator is meant to handle the back end of the server goings, restarts, rollbacks, etc. While the Moderators job is to handle any issues between the community themselves. The Admin should only ever have to take action when there is no Mod present, items need to be restored, permanent bans to be made, and sadly when there is an issue between Mods.

【Past experiences with networks/communities at being a staff member? :】
While I do not have an experience handling relations over a network, I do have experience from smaller servers. While I may not be the most skilled, I know how things work, and how far punishments need to be taken.
【What can you bring to Alerium that others cannot? :】
Honesty. I am 100% honest all the time, which comes with the good and the bad. While I am never intentionally an asshole to anyone, my straightforward personality can be a bit harsh, which is why I think I would be a better Administrator than Moderator. As a Moderator you have to deal with younger kids and the community which may need some "Sweet" words. On the other hand, dealing with staff issues can never be sweet, if there is an issue it needs to be solved and no horse games need to be played.
【How many hours can you be active for the network on a daily basis? :】
I am a very busy person, I go to two schools and work five days a week. When I my time is not filled with "extra" activities I can be on around 2/3 hrs Mon Wed Fri, and 3-5 hrs Tues Thurs Sat Sun. All afternoon, and usually an hour or two in the early mornings.
【Any additional information ? :】
I believed I have covered my main concerns in the application. If you would like to ask more questions, I am happy to oblige. But lastly, I would like to know more about your server and plans, what theme, what type, how long, and why.
